How many items will fit in a Custom Gift Basket?
As a general rule, 5-8 items per container is sufficient.
Can I make more than one Custom Gift Basket?
If you would like to create more than one custom basket simply repeat your steps after checking out. We suggest creating a customer account to speed up the process.
What's the advantage of creating a customer account?
Customers with an account will not have to enter their billing and shipping information every time they place an order.
Can I do a “layaway”, i.e. have you send the basket on a certain date?
Yes, BUT please be aware that this can be especially difficult during the holidays when a huge number of gift baskets go out in the 2 weeks preceding Xmas. We will do our best to meet your requested ship date. If it gets tight, we will ship a few days before the requested date to be sure your package arrives in time.
Can I ship to a foreign address?
We will do this, but it involves a lot of extra work on our part to fill out customs forms. There will be an extra $5.00 charge to handle foreign shipments. Also, you would be shocked to see the cost to ship outside this country. The cost often exceeds the retail value of the contents. (All foreign shipments should be placed by phone.)
Will I get email confirmations for online orders?
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation at the time the order is placed.
