Made exclusively for Zeb's General Store by the Kenyon
Corn Meal Co in Usquepaugh RI. Kenyon is the oldest
continually operated grist mill in the country. Zeb's
pancake mix is stone ground like all of Kenyon's meal
product. The entire kernel is ground which enhances the
quality of the meal. This is in contrast to large
commercial processes which extract various components
of the kernel and leave it to huge metal grinders to
crush the grain. This is one of our favorite pancake
mixes and is sure to be a hit with everyone.
