Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
* 3 large Idaho potatoes, peeled and cut into 2
* 2 tsps. salt
* 2 tsps. freshly ground pepper
* 3 tbs Boyajian Garlic Oil
* 1/3 cup heavy cream
* 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
In a 2-quart saucepan, bring 6 cups of water to a rolling boil. Add the salt and potatoes and cook for 15 minutes, or until the potates are very tender. Drain the water and add the remaining ingredients. Mash and serve. Serves 4.
