Spiced Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
* 6 - 7oz. chicken breasts
* 2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
* 1 head garlic, peeled and pureed
* 1 can Stonewall Kitchen Spice Rub for Chicken OR Steak & BBQ
* 4 tbsp soy sauce
* 4 tbsp hot sauce
* 2 cups flour
* Peanut Oil for frying
Instructions:
Marinate chicken in lemon juice for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Rub chicken with garlic. Pour can of spice mix into small pan or plate. Dredge chicken pieces in spice mix to coat. Sprinkle on soy and hot sauce. Just before frying, dredge in flour. Deep fry at 325° until browned all over. Serve with lime wedge.
