Fuller's Sugarhouse is host to many great maple products, including the delicious and sweet maple candy. The concept of maple candy includes boiling the syrup to 235 degrees, cooling it to 175 degrees, and then stirring rapidly until the mixture becomes a creamy color and mixture becomes thicker. This 2oz maple leaf is the symbol of syrup in itself, and the perfect size to enjoy by yourself or with a friend. Fuller's is out of Lancaster, NH.
