Mike's Maine Hot Pickled Eggs (16 oz.)

These are the pickled eggs that turned me on to pickled eggs. I stopped in Zeb's a year-and-a-half ago and grabbed these in order to try something new. I'll admit that they sat in the cupboard for a while. I finally opened them up and gave them a try. So began my love of pickled eggs. I've since tried a number of varieties and tried replicating this recipe. These are the best. They are way better than anything I've made. The spiciness gives an interesting flavor without being overpowering. Being on Prednisone, I get hungry a lot but have to watch what I eat, and these make an awesome high-protein snack that really just hits the spot. I've not been back to Zeb's since buying these originally, but they are worth having shipped.
