We can ship to virtually any address in the USA excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, our website does not offer shipping outside the U.S. or to APO Addresses. To ship to an APO address please contact us at 1-800-676-9294 and we would be happy to ship an order out for you.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 72 hours once we have received your return. Returns are processed between Monday and Friday between 8am and 4pm.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account or refer to your email confirmation to view the order and submit a return request. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Alternately you can reach out to us at shipping@zebs.com
